# Scrub Jobs

This section discusses topics related to scrubbing telemetry data from Kloudfuse.

This new powerful approach enables users to safely delete data from Metrics, Logs, and APM streams.

To scrub telemetry data, follow these steps:

1. Select the **Admin** tab, and then the **Scrubbing** option in the drop-down menu.

2. The **Scrubbing Jobs** interface appears.

## Using the Scrubbing Jobs Interface

The **Scrubbing jobs** interface has the following information and affordances:

1. **Refresh** jobs list.
2. **Create scrubbing job** button to create a new job. See [Create a Scrubbing Job](https://docs.kloudfuse.com/platform/3.5.0/admin-scrub/#job-create).
3. **Search** bar to locate specific jobs.
4. **List** of existing **Scrubbing Jobs**.
5. **Sort** for the **Scrubbing Jobs** list, on **Job name**, **Stream**, or **Status**, and **Created** date.
6. Specify the **number of rows** you can see on each page.

7. Navigate **across pages** by clicking individual page numbers, or  (forward) and  (backward) arrows.

## Create a Scrubbing Job

Follow these steps to create a new scrub job:

1. Click the  (start scrubbing job) button at the top of the page.

2. The **Confirm scrubbing job** interface appears.
3. In **Confirm scrubbing job**, specify these parameters:
   
   1. The **Telemetry stream**: Logs, Metrics, or APM.
   2. The **Time interval**; use the Time Picker.
   3. At least one **Label Filter**: the **label**, the comparison **operator**, and the **value**.
   4. \[Optional\] **Add filter**.

4. **Preview** the selected telemetry items that you are planning to scrub, both on the chart and in the list.
5. You can see the details of the selected items by selecting the **Open in <telemetry stream> page**.

In this example, click **Open in APM page** to preview the matching APM traces that you plan to scrub from the system.

6. Click  (Confirm Scrubbing).
7. In the confirmation pop-up, name the scrubbing job, and click  (Confirm Scrubbing) again.

8. Kloudfuse notifies you that you successfully added a new scrubbing job.

The new job appears in the **Scrubbing jobs** interface.

## Find a Scrubbing job

It may be difficult to find an existing scrubbing job. Kloudfuse enables you to find groups through our **Search** function.

1. In **Scrubbing jobs**, click the **Search** bar.
2. Start typing the key word, and Kloudfuse automatically filters the list of potential matches.
